Work With Me

The work I offer is rooted in one central question:

What becomes possible when we learn to participate more fully in our own lives?

Whether through threshold support, Human-Centred Experience Design or relational containers, my work explores how we transform the quality and shape of our lives by becoming visible to ourselves first and living from that place.

This is coherence work.

Creating and living in ways that feel increasingly aligned with who you are, what you value and how you want to live doesn’t happen by accident.

It is the result of self-knowing becoming choices, and choices becoming lived patterns.

Over time, change and transformation become the byproduct.

This is, in particular, at the heart of my 1:1 and container work, and it also lives through my experience design work and what I write about here to provide insight and clarity into how Embodied Living connects to coherence.

Because when we are in contact with ourselves, when we can see ourselves more clearly, trust what we notice and act on what we know, our dreams, our reality and our daily choices begin to move in the same direction.

1:1 Threshold Work

For the woman no longer willing to abandon herself to “succeed” at life, who is tired of overriding herself in order to function, belong or survive.

The 1:1 threshold spaces are specially held containers for women navigating periods of transition, visibility, grief, identity shifts, embodiment, and becoming, who want to do so in ways that are honest and grounded, and that keep themselves in the picture.

Maybe you are sensing that the life, relationships, work or structures you once inhabited no longer fully fit, then this work is for you.

I start with a 6-month async container.

Here are some things you may begin to experience during our time together:

  • increased trust in what you notice as data (learning to apply the Embodied Living framework as a lens)

  • remaining in relationship with yourself while moving through change

  • reduced self-abandonment

  • reconnecting with your own rhythm, desires and inner knowing

  • becoming more visible and legible to yourself

  • discerning what is yours from what has been inherited

  • taking aligned action amidst uncertainty

These spaces are spacious, relational and intentionally designed to support integration rather than performance.

Rather than constant urgency or overexposure, the work combines asynchronous support with live touchpoints that allow room for reflection, nervous system settling, and deeper self-contact.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about becoming more visible and legible to yourself, so that you can participate more fully in the life that is already asking for you.

It is about creating enough honesty, safety and coherence for more of who you already are to emerge.

The investment is £3000 for 6 months and includes access to the Embodied Living founder tier; payment plans are also available.

Human-Centred Experience Design (HCXD)

How do we design conditions that support coherent transformation without severing people from themselves?

This is the question that sits at the heart of my design work, living at the intersection of embodiment, learning, relational leadership and experience design.

When we design these experiences with intentionality for everyone involved, we create learning spaces, containers and experiences that feel more nourishing, sustainable and aligned.

Experiences that support transformation without requiring anyone to leave themselves behind.

How HXCD works

Together we explore questions such as:

  • What work wants to come through you?

  • What conditions allow people to remain in relationship with themselves while becoming?

  • What happens when we create from coherence rather than performance?

  • What kinds of spaces invite honesty, spaciousness, trust and deeper self-contact?

  • How do we create experiences that respect the nervous systems and lived realities of us as well as the people inside them?

This work may include reflection around:

  • facilitation

  • learning spaces

  • group dynamics

  • pacing and integration

  • emotional safety

  • visibility and expression

  • relational leadership

  • the felt experience of participating inside a space or container

Rather than creating from external formulas or pressure, the work is about creating spaces that people can actually inhabit.

Spaces where expansion does not require fragmentation.

Spaces that feel alive, relational and human.

Investment varies per project.

Embodied Living Circle

The Embodied Living Circle is a spacious, relational container for women exploring embodiment, coherence, self-trust and the process of returning to themselves through lived experience.

Part reflection space, part witnessing space, part remembering space, the circle invites women to move at the speed of honesty rather than performance.

The asynchronous nature of the container is intentional. It creates room for reflection, integration and nervous system settling rather than constant urgency or pressure to perform transformation in real time.

The circle is currently closed until 2027. Part of what allows this work to deepen is spaciousness, integration and time.

Working Together

If something in this work resonates deeply — even if you cannot fully explain why yet — you are welcome to reach out.

You do not need to arrive fully clear, fully healed or fully articulated.

Only willing to remain in relationship with yourself while becoming.
