Hi, I’m Florence — a writer, mother, space-holder, and women’s liberation guide. I’m also a former teacher and psychology specialist turned transformational coach, learning designer, and soul-led business mentor.

I’m a British-born and raised Nigerian woman (Igbo) living in the UK with a boho soul. A deep feeler, a seeker, and someone who has spent a lifetime unravelling systems — spiritual, cultural, and internal — to find the sacred within and express it without.
